GENERAL PERMISSIONS.

Medical Info: He's a healthy young man who gets plenty of exercise and looks it. Additionally, Stefan's deadly allergic to vervain (as are all TVD-verse vampires).
Abilities:
Notes for the Psychics: PM me for squicky stuff like "mindrape," but if you're reading his mind to uncover a tiramisu recipe? Go for it.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: If it's for something minor (ie, spitting on him)? Go for it! For something more serious (like a bodyswap), PM me and we'll talk it out.
Injure: Of course! He heals fast, but feel free to try.
Maim/Murder/Death: Case-by-case basis. I'd prefer to avoid permadeath, but we can talk about situations that would land him in the hospital.
Kissing/Hugging: Yes! Stefan will be flustered by kisses, but hugs and other platonic forms of physical contact are okay.
Romance: He's not looking for a significant other at this point in time. Unrequited crushes are fine!
Cooking: Stefan's a fantastic cook, specializing in Italian and/or American dishes (his Italian roots demanded it).
Threadjacking: Go for it unless it's filtered to Stefan and/or supposed to be a private conversation.
Backtagging: YES PLEASE. Feel free to keep a thread going for weeks or months if need be! You're also free to tag old posts, though I may be slow to respond.
Fourthwalling: Yes!
Canon Puncturing: Please do! Stefan may think you're crazy (talking about him like he's a fictional character), but if your character would have reason to think he's fictional OR if your character has canonically mentioned TVD (the novels, the show, or the terribad computer game), bring it on.
FANGED AND DANGEROUS
As Stefan's a TVD-verse vampire, he holds a tremendous amount of power (moreso than your average garden-variety vampire), and I'd like to make sure we're all on the same page regarding his powers!!
Your character's species: Relevant for compulsion purposes; Stefan's mind control only works on non-powered humans (and possibly NPC animals).
Can Stefan feed on your character?: I have no plans for this in-game. Stefan is a vegetarian vampire, and would rather hunt deer before he bites a human. Nor do I intend anything sexual and/or inappropriate through vampire feeding. That said, if your character is under 18, he'd avoid them on principle. If they don't look like a minor, let me know! If your character looks like an animal and/or can take the form of an animal, this is relevant because he might mistake them for a meal.
Can Stefan compel your character? As a vampire, Stefan has the ability to compel yours (and alter your character's memories in the process). He cannot compel anyone with supernatural abilities [and this can extend to p much anything: werewolves, witches, ghosts, and spirit mediums are canonically off the hook]. Stefan rarely uses this ability, but this is mostly to double-check and/or plot for further down the road. Compulsion in this game would be minor things, like "take out my trash" or "LEAVE ME ALONE."
Can Stefan enter your character's dreams? As part of his telepathic powers, Stefan has the ability to enter your character's dreams and actively modify them. If we don't have close CR, don't even worry about this one - he won't even dream of it IC.

- Enhanced super-strength [able to take out ten men without breaking a sweat]
- Enhanced super-speed [he's no speedster - the Flashes would easily outpace him - but he's faster than the human eye]
- Heightened Emotions [vampires FEEL more strongly than humans, experiencing every emotion as if it were occurring for the first time.]
- Humanity Switch [This ties into the heightened emotions thing: if Stefan's overwhelmed by his feelings, he can 'turn it' off, so to speak, and act without remorse or guilt. Stefan, however, refuses to use this ability.]
- Compulsion [Mind control, essentially. Unless the person is another supernatural creature or consumes vervain, Stefan can stare into their eyes and cause them to forget what they've just seen OR to act as he wishes.]
- Immortality [Stefan is unable to age, retaining the appearance of a 17-year old teenager for the rest of his existence.]
- Increased Healing Factor [Stefan can heal from wounds far more quickly than the average human. Additionally, Stefan's blood can be used to heal humans, provided that they consume it.]
- Dream Manipulation [Vampires have limited control over humans' dreams, appearing in them and even manipulating them to their whim. It's possible for him to be expelled from a dream, if the person has a strong enough will.]
